Who we are

Built in Rhythm is operated by Luke Watkins, DBA Built in Rhythm (a sole proprietorship). You can reach us at hello@builtinrhythm.com. We don't list a physical business address publicly.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, when you submit our opt-in form.
  • Purchase records — what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
  • Usage and analytics events — pages viewed, links clicked, approximate device/browser.

Analytics & advertising

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-M37HN336) and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, events, approximate city-level location, and device/browser type. We also use Meta's Conversions API, which forwards purchase and engagement events directly from our servers to Meta so we can measure ad performance. This is a server-to-server transfer, not a browser cookie or pixel — browser ad blockers do not stop it.

Cookies

GTM and GA4 set cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser opt-out add-on for Google Analytics specifically.

Payments

We never receive or store your card data. Checkout for every product is handled entirely by FastPayDirect on their own domain. Your payment information is processed under FastPayDirect's own privacy policy, shown to you at checkout.

Email

If you opt in on our site or make a purchase, we'll send you the content, delivery emails, and offers tied to that action. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor CAN-SPAM requirements.

Service providers

We share data with the vendors who help us run the business:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — CRM and email delivery.
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Google — analytics (GTM, GA4).
  • Meta — advertising measurement (Conversions API).
  • FastPayDirect — payment processing.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email hello@builtinrhythm.com to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.

Children

Built in Rhythm is not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International visitors

We operate from and process data in the United States. By using this site, you consent to your information being processed in the US.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
