Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Luke Watkins, DBA Built in Rhythm (a sole proprietorship). By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to them.

The products

  • A free lead magnet.
  • The $4.99/mo community and vault membership.
  • The $7 Built in Rhythm E-Book.
  • The $17–$27 Creative Jumpstart Pack.
  • The $67 course, "Reclaim Your Creative Fire."

License

Every purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use any deliverable commercially.

Refunds

All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Digital goods & international buyers

Access to every product is granted instantly upon purchase. If you are purchasing from the EU or UK, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Membership billing

The community/vault membership is $4.99/mo, billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime through your account or community settings; access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. We don't issue mid-cycle refunds.

Payment processing

All orders are completed on FastPayDirect. FastPayDirect's own terms also apply to your transaction.

Community conduct

Harassment, spam, and infringement of others' intellectual property are not allowed in the community. We reserve the right to remove content and moderate or restrict access.

Intellectual property

All content, copy, audio, and marks are owned by Luke Watkins, DBA Built in Rhythm. No federal trademark registration is currently asserted, and no DMCA agent is currently designated.

No professional advice / no results guarantee

Our products are educational and motivational in nature, not professional, medical, or therapeutic advice. We make no guarantee of specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, with no arbitration requirement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
